2. What Data We Process

We only process data you provide directly through the contact form or by email: your name or company name, email address, project type, and the content of your message. We also process technical data required to operate the website (IP address, browser type), handled by our infrastructure provider.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis (EU / GDPR)

We process form data in order to handle your inquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For analytical cookies, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Recipients and Processors

To operate the website and deliver messages, we use trusted processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN, security) and Resend (email delivery). These processors act on our instructions under data processing agreements.

5. International Transfers

Some processors may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, the transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention Period

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the request, and thereafter for the duration of our legitimate interest — no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to object and to withdraw consent.
